Old School 19

The super weapon falls out of McFly's pocket and into the ravine. The robos can't cross the ravine due to the anti-robo barrier (duh!). They can't follow McFly, but McFly can't get to the weapon. A couple Blue Circle (that's a country...some other countries: Red Square, Green Triangle and Yellow Star) soldiers show up, so McFly decides to cut his losses and get the frick out of dodge.

After using a couple Green Triangle soldiers as decoys, McFly sneaks into the Robot Kingdom. This is where he'll find the item, which we now know is some kind of super weapon.

The giant shuriken on McFly's back in the second panel was a bitch to draw.

Old School 11

At the end of each chapter, I drew two pages about "The Wacky Adventures of Sergeant Bob". That's what you're seeing now. These little diversions from the main storyline were meant to give an idea of what was going on world-wise, separate from the primary playas. Or maybe I just made up a bunch of characters and wanted to crowbar them in.

There was dialogue, but it was hard to read in most cases because I never got around to drawing the speech balloons and I never will. dialogue layer off. Just use that beautiful imagination of yours, Muppet Baby Style.

Have fun!
